Email support@meozturk.com for any question about my apps. I usually reply within 24 hours on weekdays. Write in English or Turkish — both are fine.
→SmartWake (Apple Watch)
The alarm didn't go off
- Wear the watch to sleep. The alarm wakes you with haptics on your wrist, and it reads your movement — it can't do either from the nightstand.
- After arming, lower your wrist but don't force-quit the app. Force-quitting can cancel the scheduled wake session.
- A backup notification always fires at your latest wake-up time, even if the smart session couldn't run.
Why is the window limited to 30 minutes?
watchOS limits smart-alarm background sessions to 30 minutes. SmartWake monitors the last part of your sleep inside that limit and guarantees you're woken no later than the time you set.
Why haptics instead of sound?
During a smart-alarm session the screen stays off and watchOS plays no audio, so the wake-up is a repeating haptic. The backup notification at your latest time does play a sound.
→DriveMedia (iPhone)
A file isn't showing up
- DriveMedia lists audio and video files only. Documents, images and Office files are hidden on purpose.
- Files shared with you but not stored in your own OneDrive may not appear.
- Pull down on the folder to refresh it.
Playback stops or stutters over mobile data
Check the cellular switch in Settings. When it's off, streaming and downloading work on Wi-Fi only. For a long trip, download the files first — a downloaded file always plays from your device, never over the network.
Why don't my videos show up in CarPlay?
CarPlay doesn't allow moving images while driving, so video files are hidden there by design. Audio files and your downloads are all available.
How do I revoke access?
Settings → Disconnect. This signs you out and removes the stored token. You can also revoke access from your Microsoft account's privacy settings. Downloaded files stay on your device until you delete them.
→FlexyConsent
Merchant support runs through flexyconsent.com. If you can't reach it, the email above works too.
→Reporting a bug
Include four things and I can usually fix it fast: your device model, the OS version, the app version, and the steps that trigger the problem. Screenshots or screen recordings help.
